Cancellation & Refund Policy - Owner Desk

1. Subscription Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support team.
  • Cancellation (Delete) will stop automatic renewal of future billing cycles.
  • Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current subscription period.

2.Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of the initial subscription purchase.
  • Refunds will be considered only if the customer has experienced a technical issue that prevents normal use of the platform and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
  • Refunds are not applicable for partial usage of a subscription period.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to use the service.
  • Lack of required device, internet connection, or technical compatibility on the customer side.
  • Subscription renewals where cancellation was not requested before the renewal date.

4. Free Trial

  • If a free trial is offered, customers are encouraged to evaluate the platform before purchasing a subscription.
  • No refund will be provided after the free trial period has ended and a paid subscription has commenced, except as specified in Section 2.

5. Refund Processing

  • • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
