OwnerDesk respects your privacy and provides users with the ability to request deletion of their account and associated data.

Processing Time: Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days after identity verification.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your OwnerDesk account using any of the following methods:

  • From the OwnerDesk mobile application (if available).
  • Email our support team with your registered account details.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon successful verification and approval of your request, the following data may be permanently deleted:

  • User profile information
  • Account credentials
  • Customer records
  • Repair and service records
  • Inventory and product data
  • Sales and purchase records linked exclusively to your account
  • Application preferences and settings

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained where required by law, regulatory obligations, fraud prevention requirements, taxation rules, or accounting purposes.

  • Financial transaction records
  • Tax-related records
  • Security and audit logs

Retained information may be stored for up to 7 years or as required by applicable laws.

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
  • Some data may remain in backups for a limited period before automatic removal.
  • Any outstanding legal or financial obligations may delay complete deletion.
